The listing includes your choice of tags printed on white or kraft brown cardstock and 2 size options available (see photo 2 for size chart). Tag wording, fonts & layout are set and can not be changed.

SMALL TAG - 1.5" (3.81cm) x 2.5" (6.35cm) and has a 3/16" (0.48cm) punch hole
LARGE TAG - 2" (5.08cm) x 3" (7.62cm) and has a 3/16" (0.48cm) punch hole
